Delete your Keller account

In the app

1. Open Keller and go to Settings.
2. Open Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete everything.

Deletion starts right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@innolope.com from the address you sign in with, or use the support form, and ask us to delete your Keller account. We may ask you to confirm the request, then delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your assistant's settings and your phone number details
• Your call history: transcripts, summaries, outcomes and the numbers you called
• Questions your assistant asked you during calls, and feedback you sent
• Your credit balance and credit history

We delete or anonymize this data within 30 days.

What we keep

Purchase and payment records that financial and tax law require us to keep, and any data under an active legal hold, for as long as the law requires.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings so you are not charged again.

Delete some data and keep your account

To delete the recording and transcript of a single call, or other specific data, email support@innolope.com from the address you sign in with and tell us what to delete.
